  • 2005

    Public-private partnership between the Guadeloupean group Loret and the Regional Council of Guadeloupe. Public service delegation of Global Caribbean Network (Guadeloupe digital cable) to connect Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barts to Puerto Rico and Saint-Croix

  • 2006

    Commissioning of the GCN cable and extension of the Loret Group's privately funded network via the Middle Caribbean Network (MCN) and Southern Caribbean Fiber (SCF) networks

  • 2007

    Formation of a secure ring with the Antilles Crossing submarine cable (creation of a joint venture)

  • 2008

    • Extension and connection of Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and Grenada to Trinidad
    • Creation of the SCF commercial brand (bringing together the SCF, MCN and ACI networks).

  • 2014 SEPTEMBER 14

    Digicel acquires Global Caribbean Fibre SAS, Global Caribbean Network, Middle Caribbean Network, Southern Caribbean Fibre and Antilles Crossing.

  • 2018

    Signing of a partnership between Digicel and the Governments of Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. The Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program, CARCIP, connects Saint Vincent and the small islands of the Grenadines to Grenada

  • 2019 JULY

    SCF Wins Montserrat Government Tender to Reconnect Island to Submarine Cable Infrastructure

  • 2021 OCTOBER

    Partnership with Orange for the construction of DeepBlue One
